pool repair services D.E. Filter Clean

We recommend having your D.E. filter cleaned every six months. This prevents premature damage to the filter grids and will also improve your water clarity. Average life of a D.E. grid is five to seven years. The following is included in a filter clean.

Complete teardown of filter grid assembly
Clean and inspect grids, manifold, and tank
Lubricate filter o-rings, backwash valve o-rings, and pump o-rings
Empty skimmer and pump baskets
Re-assemble filter and recharge with D.E.

Cartridge Filter Clean

This should be done every time you see an 8-10psi increase on your filters pressure gauge. Cartridge elements have a life span of three to four years. We will perform the following on all cartridge filter cleans:

Completely disassemble filter cartridge assembly and drain dirty water out of tank bottom
Thoroughly rinse and clean cartridges
Inspect cartridges for wear or damage
Lubricate filter o-rings and pump o-rings
Re-assemble filter
Empty skimmer and pump baskets

One-Time Cleaning

Our one-time cleaning service is for pools where you can still see the bottom but have a lot of debris that needs to be cleaned out. We will completely clean the entire pool of debris, provide a complete water analysis, add chemicals to balance pool water, backwash filter and add new D.E., inspect automatic pool cleaner and inspect pool equipment. When we are done, we will provide you an estimate for any repairs needed for your automatic pool cleaner or pool equipment.

Green to Clean

Our green to clean service will take your pool from green/nasty to crystal clear without having to drain the pool and refill. This service is offered to customers who choose not to or cannot drain their pools and acid wash. Many factors determine how long this process will take. Some pools clear within days, while most pools take 10-14 days to clear. When we are done, your pool will be crystal clear and chemically balanced.

Acid/Chlorine and Pressure Wash

Our acid/chlorine and pressure wash service is for pools that look like swamps. This process usually takes only two days to complete. On day one, we will completely drain the pool, and clean out all the debris and sludge from the bottom of the pool. Next, depending on the condition of your plaster, we will either acid wash or chlorine wash, along with pressure wash the entire pool surface. Once the pool surface is cleaned, we will begin filling the pool with water. On day two, once the pool is completely full, we will vacuum the pool bottom if needed, add all the start-up chemicals to balance the water and brush the entire pool.
